Issue with JIEB practice software – update Published 12 Aug 2026 by

Further to the notice below, this problem has now been rectified. However, we advise that you export a ‘test’ script before attempting a full exam script. Add a few words in each question and export, to ensure it is working properly for you.

We have become aware of a problem with the practice software, where scripts are not saving after they have been exported to a PDF.

Please do not complete any exams on the software until we confirm that this issue has been rectified.
