To take the exams, you must first register as a member, with one of the recognised professional bodies.

IPA

IPA | Insolvency Practitioners Association

ICAS

ICAS | Chartered Accountants of Scotland

ICAEW

2026 – Non-ICAEW member JIEB registration form – The registration form will be ready from April – May 2026

The JIEB exams are held once a year and the exam dates for 2025 are the 11 and 12 November 2025.

IMPORTANT!

Please do not sign section 8. PROFESSIONAL BODY OR DEPARTMENT  on the application form. This is for your RPB to sign only. If you do sign this, the form will be sent back to you and you will have to complete another form.

The JIEB Application Form for 2026 will be available in May 2026.
