Legislation examinable at the 2023 sitting of the Joint Insolvency Examination

The Joint Insolvency Examination Board confirms that, for the November 2023 sitting of the examination, the usual rule, about whether or not relevant law and guidance (as set out in the syllabus) is examinable, will be applied.

Accordingly, relevant law and guidance that was in force on 30 April 2023 will be examinable at the November 2023 sitting of the examination.
